Until you fully understand that there is more to life than
just here and now. You prospect of life will drastically change. You begin to
live differently. Your value system will change and your begin to manage your
time and money wisely.
Even as your priority is eternity, so you monitior the way
you live your here on earth. Remember that your character and relationship
takes a new turn when you live with eternity in view.
Littlewonder, Paul said,''whatever gain I had, I counted as
loss for the sake of Christ'' Phil. 3:7 ESV. He channelled his thought to
eternity that is why he made the comment. He also said in the same Phil 3: 14,
that he is straining towards the mark of upward call in Christ Jesus.
He realised that the earth is not a permanent place of
dwelling rather a temporary or preparatory ground for all and sundry. He
started living with eternity in view.
The earth offers us with many choices, but eternity offers
us two option: Heaven or Hell. Your relationship with God on earth determine
your relationship with him in eternity. How do one spend eternity with God?
Yes... How?
By inviting Jesus Christ into your life, and love and trust
him because there is no other way to get access expect that way. Your life will
never remain the same if you trust and obey him.
Remember trivial, problem will seek for your attentionn but
be strong and focused just like Apostle Paul knowing that life in Christ last
for ever. Living with eternity in view, helps you build your relationship,
character and lifestyle what moves people won't move you. Becasue you are
pressing towards the mark.
